ShuttersUFIT will only consider an item for replacement if there is a manufacturing issue. The item will usually be replaced once photographs have been provided and we have confirmation from the supplier that there is a manufacturing issue.

Self-Install Terms
We primarily offer self-install services. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the installation process. We provide guidelines as a reference, but the buyer is responsible for proper execution. Any damage or incorrect installation is the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by warranty.
